Help me support the mental health of young people
G’day all,
I hope you've been well! Whilst travelling Australia the past few months, it has had me thinking how lucky I am to have a clear and conscious mind. That being said I have decided to teaming up with headspace, running the Ultra half marathon on May 13th, to raise awareness for mental health and the well-being of young Australians. Headspace does an amazing job working closely with the youth of today, providing mental health services to young people ages 12-25, by phone or through headspace centres in metro and regional areas across Australia.
Sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia, so I encourage everyone to check up on their buddies and loved ones to make a difference!
