Sydney ICONS 100 Miler run for Mental Health
Hi friends,On Tuesday 10th of February I will be running a 102 Mile out and back Loop from my home in the Hawkesbury all the way across Sydney to the Sydney Opera House via Bondi Beach.
This run was born out of my recent / current very dark spell of depression. So when I decided on doing this run I immediately thought it would be a beautiful idea to also involve my favourite mental health charity Headspace and raise some money and awareness for this very important cause.
