Help me support the mental health of young people

I am raising funds for headspace to support the mental health and wellbeing of young Australians.

Each year, one in four young people experience a mental health issue, and 75 per cent of mental health disorders emerge before a person turns 25. Sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.

headspace provides mental health services to young people 12 to 25 online, by phone and through headspace centres in metro and regional areas across Australia.

Hi all! 

Unfortunately I will not be able to do a stream for Christmas as I will be with family on that day so I have decided to do an early Christmas stream! 

While this is a Christmas stream I will also be supporting headspace in fundraising for mental health in youths.

headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25-year olds. Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace services in 1 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools. headspace can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health) alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support.
