I am raising funds for headspace to support the mental health and wellbeing of young Australians.
Each year, one in four young people experience a mental health issue, and 75 per cent of mental health disorders emerge before a person turns 25. Sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
headspace provides mental health services to young people 12 to 25 online, by phone and through headspace centres in metro and regional areas across Australia.

Tuesday 28th JulApproaching a new decade feels like the perfect time to step outside my comfort zone and take on something truly meaningful.
Through the past 18 months of significant personal challenges, we've learned the importance of resilience, support, and looking after our mental wellbeing. That's why I've decided to mark this milestone birthday by taking on a personal challenge: swimming 50km over 5 days.
This journey is about more than the distance. It's about giving back to a cause that helps people navigate life's toughest moments.
I've chosen to support Headspace, an organisation that provides vital mental health support to teens who need it most.
Every stroke will be a reminder that our teens' mental health matters and that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard and supported. Jack, this one's for you 💫
