Make a difference, mental health is priceless!
As we all know, a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body. I am embarking on a journey to highlight the importance of mental health, particularly in our youth. I need your help to raise $5,000 for mental health and when we achieve this, I will end my 5 year hair affair. That's right, i will be shaving off my dreadlocks!
All the funds raised will go to Headspace Australia, an amazing foundation which supports young Australians battling mental health issues.
Each year, one in four young people experience a mental health issue, and 75 per cent of mental health disorders emerge before a person turns 25. Sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
I encourage you, my family, friends and colleagues, to take part in this initiative as your donations will make a tangible difference! Every dollar will help.
At the end of the fundraiser, i will post a video of my wife cutting my hair for you all to enjoy! So don't miss your chance to be a part of this great initiative.
